Interview with the Hero of Uzbekistan. Part 1

Finally I found Craig Murray and he kindly gave me a very lengthy but amazing interview. The following is just the first part of it:
D: As far as I know, the book was supposed to be in bookstores on 1 June, but it was released a bit later. Do you know why?
CM: Yes. Unfortunately, the British Government kept issuing legal threats against the publisher and demanding the book not be published. That resulted in a very lengthy and expensive process of legal consultations before it could actually be released. *

Darius is my tajik friend from Tajikistan and the writer of Thoughtland weblog. I was very proud of him when he left his comment saying that he could get hold of Craig Murray in my weblog. When I reached where it says that it was my teacher's grandson who was murdered in Samarkand, I closed the book and went to Samarkand in my thoughts. Samarkand is the happiest city in the World for me, but at the same time... Well, it is so easy to say the truth when you are abroad, when you are free as bird.
