به نام خدا و درود . خانم سمرقندی پرسشی برایم پیش آمده . کس دیگری را به جز شما نمی شناسم که بتوانم پاسخگوی من باشد . چون شما تنها تاجیکی هستید که می شناسم . با خبر شدم که قانونی در تاجیکستان پیاده شده که بر پایه ی آن از ورود زنانی که روسری بر سر دارند به دانشگاه ها و اداره ها جلوگیری می شود . در پی این قانون زنان تاجیکی با فرستادن نامه ای به سرور دولت آقای امامعلی رحمانف ، این قانون را همخوان با قانون اساسی تاجیکستان ندانستند و خواستار لغو آن شدند . در باره ی این خبر دو پرسش دارم نخست اینکه آیا این خبر صحت دارد ؟ و دوم اینکه اگر این قانون پیاده شده ، پاسخ آقای رحمانف به زنانی که از پیاده شدن این قانون ناخشنود بودند چه بوده ؟
خواهشمندم چنانچه در این باره آگاهی دارید به پرسشم پاسخ دهید .

Perhaps, it could be translated as "sadde ensha'". But I'm certain there should be a purer Persian version for it.

اون اصطلاحي را كه پرسيديد در بعضي متون فارسي "قبض" ناميده اند.ميگويند "نويسنده دچار قبض شده است" يا بالعكس وقتي كسي زياد مي نو يسد:"نويسنده دچار بسط شده است"

We, Tajiks love the Persian, i.e. our common culture, but watch the IRIB soap opera, where Tajhiks are rude and stupid. The last one shows that tajiks stollen the Persian culture by cheatinf them, addicting them to drugs and so on.
My conclusion is that, we, Tajiks are alone and should not follow Iraninans, who are not real nation. They are Turkish, speaking Farsi. As Iqbal said
